KAILALI: National cricket team head coach Jagat Tamatta was felicitated by Tikapur Municipality here on Thursday.
Tikapur Municipality Mayor Tapendra Bahadur Rawal and Member of Far-west Provincial Assembly Dr Ran Bahadur Rawal handed over Rs 51,000 and letter of felicitation to Tamatta amidst a programme in his home town.
Tamatta recently led the national team to first-ever One Day International and Twenty20 International series victory over the United Arab Emirates in Dubai.
Nepal defeated the home tome 2-1 to win both the series.
