KATHMANDU: After suffering a 21-run defeat at the hands of UAE in the first match of the T20 International series, Nepali bowlers notched up their display to take UAE out for 107 runs in 19.2 overs at ICC Academy in Dubai.

Abinash Bohora took three wickets for Nepal while Karan KC, Sandeep Lamichhane and Sompal Kami bagged two wickets each to restrict the hosts for a meager target of 108 runs .

Opener CP Rizwan made 44 runs off 43 before he was caught in deep mid-wicket by skipper Paras Khadka off Abinash Bohara’s delivery while other UAE batsmen were summed up for barely near-double digit figures.

Nepal who aim to level the series will get on the target chase shortly.
