LALITPUR: The Olympic Solidarity Technical Course for Coaches in Shooting began here at the Nepal Olympic Committee building on Monday.
In all, 30 coaches from seven provinces are taking part in the four-day course.
Experts Leif Rolland (rifle) from Norway and Sonal Ramendra (pistol) from Hungary are conducting the training.
NOC President Jeevan Ram Shrestha inaugurated the course. Shrestha hoped the training would help coaches enhance their knowledge and update about the rules and regulations of the sport.
NOC Vice-president Chaturananda Raj Baidhya, Secretary General Nilendra Raj Shrestha and Nepal Shooting Association President Pushpa Das Shrestha were also present on the occasion.
