KATHMANDU: Dinesh Sharma of Nepal was awarded with the Master of Year honour at the Munich Hall of Honours 2018.
The award ceremony was held in Munich on April 28. Sharma, President of Nepal Taekwondo Federation and General Secretary of Nepal National Martial Arts Games Confederation, got the award for second year in a row. Out of 12 awardees in the category, Sharma is the lone recipient of the award from Asia.
The Munich Hall of Honours features a total of 49 categories and is held annually in Germany.
Meanwhile, the NTF and NNMAGC congratulated the fifth DAN Black belt and international ‘A’ Class referee Sharma for winning the award organised by Germany Self Defense Federation.
