KATHMANDU: Society of Economic Journalists-Nepal (SEJON) has signed a pact with FACTS Research and Analytics — a research company — to set up an economic research grant for journalists reporting on economic and business-related issues.
The grant amount will be Rs 50,000 and handed over to one journalist every year based on evaluation of research proposals submitted to SEJON.
The fellowship has been established in memory of senior journalist and former editor of Karobar Economic Daily, late Sanjay Neupane.
