Presidential election: silence period from 12 o’clock on Saturday night

The National Election Commission has said that the silence period will be started from 12 am on Saturday for presidential election. The presidential election is being held in Falgun 29th.

The spokesperson of the Commission, Navaraj Dhakal said that during the silent period, the election will not be announced and vote will be demanded during this period.

President Bidhya Devi Bhandari and Congress leader Netra Kumari Lakshmi Rai, for the post of President, will be in anticipation.
