KATHMANDU: Nepali players won three bronze medals in The Belt and Road China Open International Taekwondo Championships at the Xi’an Peihua University in Xi’an.
According to coach Deepak Bista, players Manoj Malla, Kajal Shrestha and Yunisha Rai bagged bronze medals in the championship slated for November 7-9.
Malla finished third in men’s 54kg weight category, while Shrestha came third in women’s 46kg and Rai won the medal in 49kg section.
