KATHMANDU: Modern Indian School and Pushpasadan School advanced to the senior boys’ team event final of table tennis competition under the MIS Cup here on Wednesday.
Likewise, MIS and Triyog School made it to the senior girls’ category final.
In basketball, hosts MIS outplayed DAV School 26-4. In football, MIS hammered Kendriya Vidhyalaya 6-0 riding on a hat-trick from Nischal Sigdel, while Ideal Model and St Xavier’s School played a 3-3 draw.
A total of 250 students from 10 schools are taking part in the MIS Cup which features three sports disciplines — TT, basketball and football.
