Morang Police have arrested former MP Babulal Paswan. He was arrested from Biratnagar on Tuesday.
He said that they have arrested him for the closure of the Maoists plans.
Morang’s police assistant Arun BC confirmed that former MP Paswan is under control. Although the police had said that it could have been under control in the accident of the Indian embassy in Biratnagar, the police had refused.
Former MP Paswan has been kept in custody of District Police Office.
The tent was created after the suspicion was found in the Gachiya road section on the east-west highway on Tuesday.
A few passenger traffic was also stopped in part of a suspicious object found on the Bridge of Gachiya River.
