Flooding and landslides caused by continuous rainfall have killed at least 148 people in Nepal, officials have said. At least 50 others are missing. Rain began pouring down on Friday night and continued into Saturday, inundating low-lying neighbourhoods of Kathmandu. Many homes in the capital were flooded, forcing people to move to higher floors, and most of the city was without power and internet for a while
