KATHMANDU: Chaudhary Group won the title of the fourth Absolute Corporate Futsal Tournament here on Sunday.
Chaudhary Group defeated Janata Bank 1-0 in the final. Suvash Thapa of Chaudhary Group was named the player of the tournament, while Ramesh Maharjan of Janata Bank was declared the best goalkeeper.
Earlier, Chaudhary Group defeated Huawei, and Janata Bank beat Buddha Air in the semi-final matches.
Gorkha Brewery, Hotel Annapurna, Ncell and Himalaya Airlines were eliminated in the quarter-finals.
A total of 16 teams from corporate houses took part in the tournament organised by Absolute Event Pvt Ltd.
