Locals of Kailari village-1, south-Munjhara, locals have accused a man with blacksmith on face and pair of shoes in the case of trying to rape.
Local Krishna Prasad Chaudhary (Tukki) was arrested by the locals after forced a women at midnight to rape her in the absence of her family.
The woman has said that this man was trying to force her to come home at night since husband had gone for the work. After caught by the locals, she asked the police to arrest him.
On 24th Chaitra, local women of the village painted his face and sandal beads on his neck.
