47 min: Liverpool begin the second half as the ended the first, dominating possession and hopeful of doing something no team has ever done before in over 30 attempts – beating Atletico Madrid in a game in which Saul Niguez has scored.
46 min: The second half begins, with Divock Origi on for Sadio Mane in the Liverpool line-up. Marcos Llorente has replaced Thomas Lemar in the Atletico side. I suspect those changes are down to injuries, rather than any tactical reasons. Neither player was particularly poor in the first half.
