KATHMANDU: A certificate has been awarded to Surya Nepal Pvt Ltd of Bara for being successful in securing first position in environmental protection, as per a media release.
In a programme organised on the occasion of World Environmental Day, cash prize of Rs 50,000 and certificate was awarded to Surya Nepal.
The certificate bearing signature of Forest and Environment Protection Minister Shakti Bahadur Basnet, Secretary of Environment Ministry Bishwonath Oli and Director General of the Department Durga Prasad Duwadi was awarded to Surya Nepal, which is being operated in Jitpur sub-metropolitan city of Bara, for its contribution in environmental protection.
