The Commission for the Abuse of Authority has filed a case at special court against 4 Employee of Transportation Management including Sundar Bhattarai.
The Commission has filed a case against the Deputy Secretary Bhattarai, Branch Officer Yam Lal Dhakal, Yadav Poudel and Raju Siddai. Authorities demanded five lakhs and four thousand as the penalty.
They have been accused of issuing a paper on the issue of the driver’s permission issued by the foreign office.
They were arrested on Poush 13 on case of issuing the fake license to the Embassy of Consulate and Consular Services.
