Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 TD launched in Nepal

KATHMANDU: HH Bajaj, the sole distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has announced the launch of all-new Pulsar NS 160 TD (Twin Disc).

The motorcycle features twin disc brakes, sharper design and new colour schemes. It will be available in four dual tone colours — passion red, pearl metallic white, saffire blue and glossy pewter grey.

The new Pulsar NS 160 TD also gets split seats, split grab rails and longer wheelbase. The new rear disc brake is a 230mm unit while the front disc is 240mm. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks up front and by a gas-charged mono shock at the rear.

The Pulsar NS 160 TD continues to ride on 17-inch wheels which are shod with 90/90 (front) and 120/80 (rear) tyres. Providing power to the new Pulsar NS 160 Twin Disc is 160.3cc oil cooled single cylinder engine producing 15.5 Ps @ 8500 rpm and 14.6Nm of torque at 6,500rpm which is sent to the rear wheel via a five-speed manual gearbox with short ratios.

The bike features a 12-litre fuel tank and comes at an irresistible introductory price of Rs 286,900.
