KATHMANDU: Nepali ultra–marathon runner Mira Rai has been honoured with the ‘Asian Game Changer Award’ in New York, today.
At a programme organised in New York, on Wednesday, the Asia Society presented the award to Rai. The Society honoured Nepali runner for inspiring millions of women around the world.
Earlier, Rai was declared ‘Adventure of the Year’ in 2016 by the National Geographic Society.
